ir2010 not compatible yet with mac os.

Error 0000000 is the fixing unit, need to replace.

the fixing assy that heat and sets the toner to the paper is faulty. it would have to be replaced as the element is broken

Do you have the send feature or just scan? If just scan you need to install scan gear to the computer you want to scan to and configure scanner, than can pull scan fro canon to any viewer installed on your computer. If you have the send feature, make a folder on the c drive of the computer , share the folder with all permissions. Touch send on screen, reg. new address, touch file, arrow down to smb file, browser button to see your network, highlight your network, touch down highlight your computer name, enter user name and password as shown, log in to your computer from canon and highlight the shared folder and hit ok. you should now be able to send to that shared folder

Hi Its fair simple, if you are scanning to windows PC, Create a folder called scans in your C:\ drive. Share it and give all the permissions. Thereafter log on to your copier using the IP address in your internet explorer. Go to address, click address book one, click the second tab on your left saying register new address. thereafter enter you name, then change from FTP to SMB and then host name will be your computer name\ip address, followed by scans(\\computername\scans)just like that. followed by your username and password.

Did he delete a folder then recreate it? If so, then you may have to make sure that folder is shared on the network in order to get it to work. Let me know if you need anything else.

Looks like a worn out or dirty drum unit. I believe you need a service center to replace this drum or service it.

This solution does not work. On MAc there is no way to use this scanner. Canon sucks!!! There was no info about supported os on the box. It is just unfair to sell products without providing drivers for users.
