Question about Karcher 2500 PSI Pressure Washer
Dear Sir, I brought a 25' extension hose for my Karcher K3.96M pressure washer. I saw the existing hose connection screw head but it was located inside near the bottom of the machine. My hand just impossible to go inside there to disconnect it. I saw some screws connection at the back of the machine. In order to unscrew that I need to have a special screw driver.
Any suggestion and advise please!?

SOURCE: Karcher Power Washer Problem
I had the same problem with my Karcher. The recall was lifted Aug. 0f 2007. Tried numerous people at Karcher....head of Customer Service, vice president, etc. No one returns telephone calls not even cutomer service....poor, very poor customer service. Thinking about calling Germany.

SOURCE: karcher washer went dead
The problem is that the spill valve got stuck. When the machine is working and the gun is closed, a valve( spill valve) moves with the accumilated pressure and switches the machine off. So what happened is that when the spill valve did its job, it found no water...and remained stuck. This leaving the machine in an off position. Service and lubrication to the spill valve must be done or completely replacing with a new spill valve. In my opinion you have no serious damage, but this job must be carried out by an expirienced technician.
