Question about Samsung SCH-u340 Cellular Phone
I followed your advice and am able to use only the vibrate mode by using your quick keys suggestions. However, I'd like to know what I am doing wrong in using the settings mode. I choose settings, sounds settings, call sounds, call ringtone, and all I get is a list of the different ringtones, no place, that I can see, that will let me turn the ringtone off. Before I put in a rating, I wanted to see if you could tell me where I was going wrong. I really appreciate your suggestions.
There is no option to turn off the ringtone. You're not doing anything wrong. The only way to turn off the ringtone is to use the volume button to turn the sound off or to vibrate, or using the hot key (#) to go to "Vibrate Only Activated". I hope this explains what you wanted to know.
