Question about Dremel Variable - Speed Multipro Rotary Tool 395
The dremel quit running and I replaced the brushes but it still is not running . Do have any solutions?
I have another brand besides the dremel brand and mine quit running also. I ordered new beushes thinking that would fix it but no luck so I opened the tool up and there is a plastic sleeve that is about 1 inch long that has grooves in it and that fit into the gooves of 2 pieces of metal. This is what makes the tool turn. This plastic piece in mine was broken to pieces So that is the problem. I have not found that little tiny piece of plastic and I cannot think of how to improvise to make another one but I am not giving up yet. Any ideas please let me know. I hope this helps each of you. Thanks Mamabear

Clean the slots that hold the brushes, sometimes they get cloged and the springs do not push the brushes all the way to the armeture.
