Usually, after the computer recognizes the device you need to look for a new drive or storage device. From there you should be able to "drag and drop" or "copy and paste" your music into the player.

- If all of your music will not play, make sure that they are all in the same format. In the case of MP3 and WMA files, some players will not play all bit rates. In other words, CD quality for an MP3 is 128 and for WMA is 64. If your bit rate too much over or under these they may not play.Yes
