This set has one base unit and two other phones that have to be registered. It worked for a month. Then I unplugged and moved one...now it won't "register with the base unit and thus won't dial out or ring in. Battery is fine, led lights flash like it is registering, but no signal. Even when I move it to the base unit and leave it there. It just flashes.

you may need to RESET the handset before getting them registered to the base station. this will ask for a reset code, just consult the user manual to get it.
