Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl Smartphone
I have a Gold Blackberry Pearl that I just purchased online and about a couple weeks ago it started making over 600 phantom phone calls and 300 texts that I can't get refunded back to me.
I tried to turn off the phone by pulling out the battery and I even brought it to Tmobile but they didn't do much.
Can someone please help?
Sounds like a software problem.
Upgrade your handset software and remove all applications during process so the upgrade replaces all existing apps with new ones.
