Question about Computers & Internet
My SyncMaster T220 monitor just started 4 days ago randomly beginning to switch constantly between Digital and Analog.. the only way it stop is if i restart my computer. but then it keeps happening and it's getting rather annoying when trying to watch a movie..
I had a similar problem, the monitor was going blank once in a while (since I don't have a VGA input), so I switched the Auto Source feature to
"Manual" and so far it's working fine for the past 2 days, if I run
into the problem again I'll update this message.
On the side panel of your monitor, press the top button to access the menu, scroll down to the setup menu (by pressing the 3rd button down on the panel), press the 4th button down to enter the setup menu, scroll down to "Auto Source", use the 4th button to select, "Auto" & "Manual" are your choices.. press the 2nd button down to select "Manual" then the top button to exit the menu(s).
This monitor is set up to be able to do multi display with the software included. Utilizing both Digital and Analog signals. I'm not using this feature so I'm not sure how switching the Auto Source off will affect the performance of this feature.
