Hi ... I have a SONY KV - 32FS13. unfortunately for me, it has prob less that 200 viewing hours on .... but now it doesn't work. every time i turn it on ... with in minutes or even seconds, it turns itself off and then the stand by timer button in the front of the TV starts flashing :( does anyone HAVE A CLUE what the problem could be? is it cheaper to repair or just get a new one?

This problems it is pretty easily repair by a shop tv tech.The Horizontal tranistor IC sit beside out wall of FBT-flyback tranformer it dead require replacing.The problems is might or might not have spec of the that Horizontal transistor IC part left to replace it for u that the problems.Because analoge tv out production and parts out stocks like about 5 years ago.Tries around though this problem part and labors should run u about $100-$150 more than that they are cheating u.If u don't watch tv alot repair the tv-because analoge tvs it is better design than most of the LCD or plasma digital tvs out there.

POWER SUPPLY PROBLEM......BUY A QUALITY FLAT SCREEN.
