Question about Dell Latitude D510 Notebook
I can't get any network driver to load on my dell D510. I would love to just go oline for these drivers, but I have no connectivity - No drivers! I reimaged it 3 timeswith the original HD, then finally got a disk error. I replaced the drive, formatted slow, reimage, and got the exact same situation - no network drivers of any kind. Am I over looking something simple??? Or is it something sinister and dark?!?!?!?
Please give me your advice??
You're not overlooking anything, with some Dell machines, neither the wireless nor the ethernet drivers are installed with a system reload, and it's expected of you to get the drivers on line. So, you will have to burn the drivers to disc from another machine in order to down load them. You can also use an external hard drive or flash drive, if you have these available to you. Keep in mind that some flash drives aren't big enough, depending on the size of the download.
