Question about Computers & Internet
Heyo fellows. My newer Gear Head mouse is sort of not liking me, y'know? Essentially, it's been working as a mouse should for the past few days, and it just up and stopped moving the cursor. I can click, use every button. But that cursed cursor doesn't want to move! I've attempted to change the batteries, and no luck with that. The wireless USB plug has been placed in various USB slots. I would appreciate any help you can give me on the matter.
Gearhead is known for making cheap products that have low quality. I would immediately take this product back and go with something else. Sorry, the best advice I can give..

Just blow on the laser in a way to clear it of dust. If that doesn't work, then try taking the batteries off and on (i have experienced this problem myself, and this worked for me).

This sounds like 1 of 2 things here. You need to make sure that you are on a surface the laser can detect. Sometimes it is best to place your mouse on a darker surface. If you are already using a mouse pad then the laser on the mouse itself could be bad. You should then proceed to get a refund on your mouse and get another one.
One thing before you do that try to hook up another mouse to your computer and make sure that works. If that works then you know for sure it is your mouse. If not then you may have another issue with your mouse settings. If you have anymore questions please let me know. Even if this gets you up and running let us know.
