Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If you are trying to get into the BIOS, you can open up the computer, remove the CMOS battery (usually little smaller than a quarter) keep it off for a few seconds, and the re-insert it back in place. That should remove it.
On rare occasions, I had to have the battery off for a while, I think it was 30 minutes before I lost track of the time.
Good luck and God Bless

As a matter of fact, there is. You have two options here.
The first one (as well as the simple and recommended one) is to run the program in compatibility mode. To do this,
Right click the programs icon on your desktop, select properties. From there click the compatibility tab.
After that, click "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select an older version of windows. Then hit Apply and Ok and it should work.
That should do the trick, but if it doesn't feel free to leave a comment and I'll try to help you out again.
Good Luck :)
