The easiest way forward is to re-install Skype and request it to re-send your password (assuming you still have access to the email you entered when you registered with them). If you cannot retrieve the old Skype account, then just create a new account with Skype.

your solution is create a new account, open a Skype program when open the sign in click on "Don't have a Skype name?" and create a new one.
