Question about Brother DCP-110C All-In-One InkJet Printer
I cannot completely download the driver software for this printer, It freezes at 'plug in cable and turn machine on'. I do this and nothing else happens. Can anyone help me? Thanks!!
I can give you instructions for a "Clean" install:
When you have located the correct driver for your machine, please do a clean download and install as follows:
Uninstall the current driver
go to toolbar>tools>internet options>general tab>and delete all of your cookies
Turn off the machine and unplug it
Turn off all your running programs including your virus control
(look in the lower right corner and click on each little icon there and turn off everything you can)
Now download the driver and SAVE it to your desktop
Click on it to install and follow the directions carefully. When it is finished, if it has not told you to reconnect your printer, do so now.
Restart your computer.
Good Luck. Please let me know if this works and rate my solution. Thank You.
