I am missing my power cord for my xerox 17" flat screen monitor 12 volt DC
Problem for Xerox XG-71D (Black) 17 in. Flat Panel LCD Monitor

How can I remove the back panle to get inside the monitor, there are two screws close to the bottem in the back. But when I take them out it want do anything, there is a **** beside one of the screws that has a K inside of a lock I was thinking that you might need a key. Also the problem with the monitor is that it want power on it is just a blak screen, I took the voltage off the power supply and I have 12 volts. If you have any idea it whould help. Thanks

Remove the 2 screws near the bottom on the back.
Place the monitor face down on a towel with the 2 screw holes near you.
Push the grey plastic back cover away from you whil holding the glass front in place on the towel and the back will lift off easily.
