I'm not quite sure what type of fm transmitter I have, it isn't printed on it anywhere. I was just hoping for some kind of list of general things that I can try. The first day I got it, it worked perfectly fine and ever since then it will no longer work I have tried many different stages and my ipod shows that its plugged in and it will charge my ipod when plugged into cigarette lighter and lights up and everything just doesn't "broadcast" for lack of a better word the music from my ipod to my stereo.

Not sure about that but an FM transmitter can be obtained that will plug into your phone and not only received by your car radio but also any other FM radio or hifi you choose. Some of these also have bluetooth.
Some are a general use transmitter and the majority are for in-car use.
Amazon and ebay have pages of them at just about every price range.
Short range FM media transmitters are a much neglected and underrated solution to miles of connecting cables and poor performance - I have an FM transmitter usb dongle for my computer that allows me to listen to music files on a decent stereo as well as an Mp3 player/transmitter for the car...

An iPod can store hundreds of songs makes it an ideal source
for music on your car. Buy an adapter is the easiest and cheapest way to
connect your iPod to your car stereo system. Do you know which adapter fits you
best and know how to use the first steps to expand their musical possibilities.

Tape deck

1. Buy an iPod adapter cassette player, if your car has a
cassette player. This is one of the easiest and cheapest way to get your iPod
to play music from a car radio. A cassette adapter is shaped like a tape with a
wire connected to an end.

2. For a cassette adapter or a store of electronic music in
good standing. This adapter is relatively easy to find and can usually be
purchased for less than $ 20.

3. Slide the cassette tape in the car. Take the end of the
cable and connect the headset to your iPod. Select a song to your iPod and
press the "Play". Be sure to order the car stereo's cassette player.

FM Transmitter

1. Purchase an FM transmission adapter if your car has a
cassette player. This type of adapter connects to both your iPod headphone jack
or car cigarette lighter and stream music via FM radio signal.

2. In an FM adapter to send any electronics store. This
adapter is a little more expensive than a cassette adapter. Make sure you have
an FM transmitter instead, for many FM stations broadcast from a transmitter
can only be transmitted to a unit to buy. This gives you more options when
you're in certain areas where FM stations are vague or nonexistent.

3. Connect the FM transmitter for the iPod to a lighter
(depending on model purchased). Turn on your car's FM radio and find a channel
that is unoccupied. Adjust the transmitter to the channel number exactly the
same and then to match the iPod. For example, 99.1 FM if you find a free
channel in your area, the FM transmitter on 99.1 reading. Connect the iPod and
press "Play."

Extra-

1. Purchase an additional cable if your car has an auxiliary
input panel. This type of iPod adapter is one of the easiest ways for your iPod
to play music in the car.

2. Find a reputable shop and buy an electronic overhead.
This type of iPod adapter is usually sold for about $ 10.

3. Connect the cable to the extra auxiliary input on the
dashboard of your car and plug it into the iPod headphone jack. Make sure the
sound of the car is in standby mode. Select a number and press the
"Play" button on the iPod to the music to start.
Your modulator shouldn't effect the cd player. But it can cause static in your fm if you leave it on. Make sure the modulator is turned off before trying to use the regular fm. Also, if its a wired modulator, then check the antenna connections. If it's wireless than it should not effect anything. Depending on the radio, get a aux input on it. Wireless fm transmitters are the worst.
what error message do you get, if it just says the service isn't started then go press with windows key and the r key at the same time. in the run box type services.msc and press enter. scroll down the list until you find print spooler service and right click and click start service, and make sure it's set to automatic.
a flash drive is used mainly for storing of files, you need a device that will play the files you want, in this case a device that plays mp3s and either transfer your music to/through it. Unless your transmitter states that it plays different media formats that is but i have never heard of that before. hope this helps.
There realy isn't a 'wiring diagram' for this engine. Are you looking for an 'illustrated parts list' perhaps? If so, go to ... http://www.partstree.com/parts/.... scroll down to Engines, click on Briggs and Stratton, then enter the model # and type # on the left. Leave out the word 'TYPE'... just put a - between the model, type and trim numbers. The parts are available anywhere. This site is just a good reference for mowers and engines diagrams..Hope that helps.........
I think are the frequencies used. I don't have any experience with the Rosen players, but are you sure its supposed to come through the speakers?
As they normaly come with 2x headphones, and speakers are an option extra. I take it you have checked in all pockets under front seats and under rear floor and under center floor for any hidden.
Quote Touran Forum: I seem to remember some very early threads about the Rosens and I'm sure
VW UK were saying you couldn't have it coming through the speakers.
Pretty sure you could get some kind of interface off eBay though.
The Rosen A7 should have a built in FM modulator/transmitter... it sends
sound on the FM band. It can be tuned in on the radio in the car, and
thus you hear sound from the Rosen on your car speakers ( Description
).
I think the easiest way would be a simple FM transmitter. plugs into your ipod and transmits audio from the ipod to any radio station frequency you choose. like this
many different types and prices. can be found anywhere and allows easy transfer from one vehicle to the other.
hope this helps
I have found several mentions that the standard fuse is 0.5 Amp. Considering the amount of power such devices draw this is a reasonable value for the fuse.
