it indicates fixing unit temp could not raised to predetermined value. The following steps may be taken to clear the error.
CLEAR>ENGIN>ERRLR; and then turn OFF and then ON the power.
2.Check connection of the Connectors (Thermistor Connector and AC Connector).
3.Replace the Fixing Assembly.
4.Replace the DC_CON PCB.

In the following location there is a file called hpqscloc.dll. Right click the file and choose Properties.
Go to Version tab. What is the version of your dll? Mine is 120.0.26.58

Try double clicking the 1033.xml. Is there any error message when you do so?

They had the same issue when BC came out. Turns out it was a grease mark on the disks. It sounds stupid but that was the problem. They had a bunch that got that on them. Try cleaning or borrowing someone elses disks to install. The disks don't matter only the cd keys are different. Another way around is to right click the cd drive and explore. Find install.exe and click on it. Your install should start then.
