I've already replaced the batteries 3 times! I even bought new duracells to be sure the batteries were fine. I've tried the connect buttons, and even shut down the computer and changed the usb slot, but the keyboard works find, but the nouse won't connect! It worked FINE for months, and sopped suddenly. I don't know what else to try!

Surely you used the Logitech Connect Utility (if relevant,) or if you have sync buttons on the transponder connected to the PC and the mouse, pressed those?  That's the usual method in the manual....  You could doublecheck that someone at your house (office?) didn't just put dead batteries back in the pack and not make a note of it.

Wireless keyboard and optical mouse

Thanks! I fixed the problem by installing a USB mouse and using fn+f9. That unlocked the mouse so I could use the pointer leaving just the keyboard problem. I then tried reconnecting the wireless keyboard (by using the button on the receiver and under the keyboard) Hey Presto!!

Wireless Mouse a Problem

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch. Hope this helps you. Bud

Had the same problem. There are 2 reset/ connect buttons: 1 on the mouse, and 1 on the usb device. Press the button on the usb device, and it should start right up. Good luck.
