Question about Samsung YP-Z5 MP3 Player
Suddenly, my mp3 player does not turn on at all. I connected the player to the USB port on the computer, but it does not turn on. Could this be that my samsung is totally broken??? I tried other computer to connect, but it still is the same. i lost the installation software disc yet every computer is asking for it.
You will need to contact Samsung direct. Unfortunately it costs $35 to have it assessed. If it was bought less than 12 months ago you can provide proof of purchase or a Stat Dec and confirm the place of purchase and the service centre will process it for you. If you have the serial number, you can use that to track the purchase date. The locations for repairs can be found on http://www.samsung.com/au/support/repairlocation/ServiceLocationsMain.do
