    Hi Jaime876,
Thanks for last suggestion. I replaced D6301 and The TV back to life. D6116 is a tiny like grain of rice, does it has polarity? with a magnifier, I did not see the mark on TV board.
Thanks again for your great idea.

I have the same problem with this set, won't turn on at all, blinks 9 times. Are all of you replacing these yourselves? Won't I burn something else out in the process and screw up the rest of the TV? Where do you get the diodes because you can't get the new G board anymore.

To be more specific, you will need to find D6116 or D6301 located on the G board, they might be open and will need to be replace.
You can request a service manual from this website.
If you need further assistance, le me know.

The 9 blinks on your TV means:
+/- 19V line is shorted
IC708 could be defective
PS701 or PS702 is opened.

To do this repair you will need to have basic electronics knowledge that includes hand soldering, use of a DVM and be very careful when working around high voltage.
