OR return to the store with the unit and change it over for a new one. here are no user adjustable or serviceable parts in a microwave. The door close lock has an electronic interlock is a precise mechanism that prevents the oven from ever being activated with the door open. For safeties sake, don't mess around with it, just return it for change over
