Question about Computers & Internet
Hi, my problem is with the power connection in the back. Too much movement of the cable has caused the A/c connecting socket to become intermittent. It may be a weak or cracked solder joint to the circuit board.
I am attempting to fix this myself but are unable to get the notebook apart.
I have removed all the screws, including the keyboard etc. but can't seem to be able to get the screen hinge covers off to allow the back part of the two halves apart. Can anyone help?lg 405-a ,it's screen become black when I switch the user,2nd light of 7 lights is on which are in front key pad, restart of pc didn't work .even battry is full
You are probably correct about the cracked solder joint or it may be the adapter plug or cord itself. See if there is a hidden screw under tht battery.
