I can't do anything with the machine.  In the panel it says rcv 4% and I can't get it to print or delete.  Nothing works other than the panel

Well, it means that you still have a pending job (fax).
if you really want to erase all the jobs, you must enter to the service mode.
press:
fax button
function
7
monitor (4 times)
asterisk(*)
find for ram initialize
find for all job clear
note: must be sure to select the "all job clear" only
set.
restart your machine

i hope this could help

I am trying to install the Panasonic printer DP-8020E onto my Mac running OSX.6 so that I can print wirelessly to a network printer. I have installed the PPD driver but it is still not printing. It...

Delete the printer and re-add it using HP Socket protocol rather than LPD or IP Printing.

It makes no sense, but it worked for a Xerox. Maybe Panasonic has a similar issue.

Printing Problem

i got my dp-301u to work fine with my hp1020 on 2 different workstations with the following steps.

1. install printer locally via usb and test.
2. create a second printer as per the dlink manual creating a port. don't worry about the name as we will delete it.
3. once created go into the properties of the 2nd printer and change the port to something local - anything will do to free up the port.
4. go into the properties of the printer that was created in step 1. and change the port to that of the print server.
5. test print. should work fine.

cheers!!

Error Code 406

"XMT/RCV password does not match. Last 4 digits of TSI does not match with the last 4 digits of the ONE TOUCH, ABBR Telephone number." This is straight from the Panasonic service manual. I would suggest looking in the User's manual uner "passwords" and try to either reset or clear out the password info.

Panafax px-150

Hi, Error (004) as displayed in your printer refers to the option setting (output tray) that you set in your printer properties in your PC. (Assuming you are running WinXP) Start. Printers & Faxes, Right click on PX 150 and click pproperties, Printing Preferences. Set output tray. More details are availbale from http://panasonic.co.jp/pcc/products/en/mfp/download/dp-c322/ps/opc3psen.pdf Hope this works out for you. Godd luck
