I have a second hand NEC dvd+-rw nd-6500a fitted to my laptop, the region for the dvds has been changed once and now i cant change it back to region 2, it reads 0 changes left, anyway i can rectify this without buying another Dvd player.

If you do note have a Dell, go to the home web page of youe brand and find Support and / or Downloads, and search for the driver there.
This is usually a fairly simple process, if you have the model number of the PC
