I forget my password try many cords now there is only numbers 0 to 9 no # and no* keys

How do you change/reset the pin code of Child Lock/Parental Control settings?

1. In disc mode, press SYSTEM MENU.
   
2. Press to select Preference.
   
3. Press OK to confirm.
   
4. Press to highlight PASSWORD, then press to select CHANGE.
   
5. Use the numeric keypad (0-9) to enter your old six-digit password.
   • When doing this for the first time, key in 136900.
     
   • If you forget your old six-digit password, key in 136900.
   
   
6. Enter the new six-digit password.
   
7. Enter the new six-digit password a second time to confirm. The new six-digit password will now take effect.
   
8. Press OK to confirm.

From owner manual:

• If Lock is already set, enter the password as requested.
• The TV is set up with the initial password "0-0-0-0".

• If you ever forget your password,

key in '7', '7', '7', '7' on

the remote control. Then, the

password reset to '7', '7', '7',
'7'.

For the Original Firefly Phone:
The default PIN is: 1 2 3 4.

For the glowPhone:
The default Password is: 0 0 0 0
When you first set up your password, you will be able to change from the 0 0 0 0 and enter your own.
If you should happen to forget what password you entered, you can enter the bypass password: 5 6 7 8 and this will then allow you to go into Parental Controls and change your password:
- Scroll to and select Permissions
- Scroll to and select Change Password
You will be prompted to enter a new password, then reaffirm it. You will get a confirmation when the password is successfully changed.

For the flyPhone:
The default password is: 1 2 3 4
When you first set up your password, you will be able to change from the 1 2 3 4 and enter you own.
If you should happen to forget what password you entered, you will need to follow these steps:
- Turn on your flyPhone
- From the Main Firefly Screen, you will need to type in the following (once you start typing, the screen will change): #20070330#
This will restore your flyPhone back to the default settings, so you can now go back in and reset your password.

- Press and hold the green SEND button until you see ENTER PIN. Press Enter.

- Enter your PIN Number by scrolling though and accepting the four numbers you choose. (The default PIN is 1 2 3 4).

Brother's documentation is non-intuitive. Pressing the ' 0 ' key shows a ' * ', but it actually is accepted as a 0 and moves to the next character entry position. Just take it on faith that it enters a 0 when it shows * when entering the wireless key.

If you forget the password: You will be asked to enter the four digit password every time you turn on the projector. If you enter the wrong password, the password error message displays. You can retry by turning off the projector (by pressing Power) and start again, or if you did not record the password in this manual, and you absolutely do not remember it, you can use the password recall procedure. To enter the password recall procedure: Press and hold Right4 for 5 seconds. The projector will display a coded number on the screen. Seek help from the local BenQ service center to decode the number. You may be required to provide proof of purchase documentation to verify that you are an authorized user of the projector. If you recieve the message "mailbox locked" then the password was incorrectlyentered too many times.
To reset your password press feature 983
the screen should say log:
enter 1020000 (default password) if you have a 3 digit intercom number, 120000 if you have a 2 digit intercom number
the display should say mbox, AA, and othr above the three soft keys
press the mbox soft key
the screen should say add, del, and chng above the soft keys
press the chng soft key
enter in the mailbox number you wish to reset the password on
press ok
the screen should say reset and next above the soft keys
press the reset soft key
press the Rls key
your password should be reset to 0000

As far as setting up your Mailbox, press your open mailbox key or press feature 981.
When prompted to enter your password enter the password of 0000.
The voice mail will make you change and confirm your password at this point. your password can be between 4 and 8 digits but cannot start with a 0.
after the password is changed the voice mail will make you record your name for the company directory. once the name recording is accepted, the mailbox will be at your main screen.
To record a greeting for your mail box,
"8"for admin
"2" for greetings
"1" for record
"1" for primary greeting
"'1" to record your greeting
at the tone record your greeting
"#" to end recording
after you record press 1 to listen 2 to retry or # to accept
press "rls" key when finished

From your set, dial: -> FEATURE 9 8 1 -or- the voicemail key -> Put your password in (if this is a new install 0 0 0 0 is your temporary password) -> You'll hear your name and how many messages you have -> now press the number 8
Pressing 8 is to get into the adminsitration of this mailbox, and listen to the prompts. This is where you can change the password, name, greeting. You want to change your primary greeting.

If you forget your 4-digit code
If you forget your password, to clear the current
password, follow the procedure below.
1. Display Setup menu then select an 1 level icon.
2. Use the Number buttons to enter the 6-digit
number “210499”.
3. Select [Yes] then press ENTER. The 4-digit
password is cleared. Enter a new code.
