Here is the exact link for the driver you need:
When you get to the page just hit driver for pc button on the left side of the page half way down. Save the file to your desktop. Unzip the file with winzip and run the install file. I just downloaded it and I can send it to you if you are still having difficulty! [email protected] Send me an email with your phone number and I will call you and walk you through the process for free. I do this for a hobby so there will be no charge to you for my assistance. I can also send you the driver in the E-mail If you can not get it for some reason or other. If the link above does not work(sometimes it does not) simply type it in the address bar of you browser exactly as it is here and hit enter. Links get messed up some times when I send them through this site. It should work when you just click on it though. I will test it as soon as I am done and post another comment if it works or not. Go to this site and select your product and download your
driver for your webcam.
Use the quick product locator then select “Web Cameras”
Then under “Downloads,” in the drop down, “Select”
the model number.
Also when it asks you for your Windows Operating Systen, be sure to select the right one.
Then after completing the download do this.
Disconnect the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded softwareprogram. When the program asks you to connect the camera to theUSB port, do so and it should work.
Then to use it on the Web, do this.
Web Camera’s have to besetup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the cameraon your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order forthe Audio and Video to function properly.
