Question about Computers & Internet
During installation process, a power failure had happened???
uninstall the antivirus and try re-install it. if still it does not accept order no and password, reformat your system, re-install your OS, and follow re-install antivirus. Might that the registry has been corrupted. IT WILL WORK!

How did you first install the Antivirus Program. tell me what brand (Norton, Mcafee, Panda, Kaspersky, etc...) If you have your CD, then you should be able to pop it back in the CD drive and have the setup program try to reinstall it. You may see a window(s) that says you have already install the program, you can uninstall it at that time. Also, if you purchase or purchase/download from the web, Norton or Mcafee they do have a removal tool.
Let me know

I agree with hasainahmed but depending on how far you got before your power was shut off you will have to uninstall and then reinstall the antivirus.
