I have a samsung Spt-521J 52 inch rear projection tv, and the image on it is curved at the top like the colours are out of whack i also see red a green thin lines at the top of the screen. Any suggestions on how to fix would be greatly appriciated.

It sounds like a convergence circuit failure most likley a couple of ics and always the possability of a couple resistors being out of tolerance and there are also pico fuses on source voltages to the ics
if you have the tool and and can solder its a doable task if not you may want to call a local and get a est for convergence circuit repair
to repair it will require the components to be replaced to correct the problem
