I need to have version 6.10 for my psp but it is only version 3.5 a few days ago I purchased little big planet and downloaded it to my psp but now I cannot play because I don't have the right version please help!!! this is urgent!!!

Sometimes certain games just will not work. I bought a copy of Heavy Rain that did the same thing. I took it back and traded in for a different copy of Heavy Rain and it worked perfectly. Don't know what causes it, but it happens.

As luck would have it, Sony is offering a "Welcome Back" package that will be available in a few days to make up for the extended service outage. As of 6/2/2011, they are expecting it to go live in a few days. The package is supposed to be available for 30 days after the launch date. If you have an active PSN account, or know someone who would be willing to share their password with you, you can choose from "Little Big Planet", "Mod-Nation Racers," "Pursuit Force," and "Killzone-Liberation." If you did not have an active PSN account, you can sign up for one and check out the PSN Store. They offer a lot of free playable demos and sometimes whole games. well you are running a custom firmware and its probably having update issues if the custom side of the psp is outweighing the potential to run umd discs efficiently then just update the m33 out of the unit or download a firmware emulator for it i had to on my virgin firmware unit but even these get put out and never updated to run newer firmwares so its a shot in the dark for you but try it so google psp hacks and homebrews and there islots of sites with goodies you can use that custom firmware for even used for loading your iso games rite off the memory card instead of discs ok look around and you will be surprised what a custom psp can do:)

can you connect to the internet at all

maybe u just have to hack ur system or go to ur shop where u have downloaded ur games

If he did an update that was loaded on the game it could have been an old one and cause a problem. Get him to try and do a system update via internet or go on a computer and go to the Playstation website and download it to a flashdrive. Hope this helps

its probaly the downloadable contents from the play station store that couses freezing
