Kindly install the Kodak all in one home center on your computer,connect your computer and printer via usb cable and then try 2 scan. Ur issue will be fully resolved.

Scanning Photos With the Control Panel Scan menu, you can scan photos to a file, application, or memory card. Scan to File 1 Place a photo or photos face down on the scanner glass. 2 Press Scan to display the Scan menu. 3 Press or to select Photo. 4 Press until Scan To is selected. 5 Press or to select File. 6 Press Start. The document is scanned and saved based on the Kodak AiO Home Center scan picture settings.
You can change the folder where you want these saved. Just go to tools in your printer window. Hope this helps- Happy scanning!
K...Trust the solution. Try these steps. Open the printer, remove the ink and remove the printhead (See User's guide). Reseat the printhead and the ink cartridges. The printer will come up with an error message that requires calibration. Do the calibration and scan the sheet that prints right after by pushing the start button. In the menu options, clean the printhead. Do one basic and one deep. Print a demo sheet (another menu option) to see if the quality has gotten better. If it has not call Kodak AiO Tech support. You will need a replacement printhead.
