However many times I change my password ( accepted ) it will not give me access to my mail or e-mails !

Hi when setting up the email account you prompt to put in another email address in case of problems... if you did put in another email then its that email address they are sending your new password too...

Try the old password, incase it didn't accept your new password the first time. You may have done a typo when setting the new password and if they didn't have a verify to make sure you typed it in correctly, you'll probably have to go through the reset process again.

At the time, when you have created an email account there were two question used for security purpose so that no other can hack or misuse your ID. So try to remember that which answer you have given by that time of making ID.

Can some one explain what the seal does and do I have to put the seal in each time I access my account

just give the new password which u set after change.if its not works in caps lock off than give it in caps lock on mode.if still not work than it means u r entring incorect password and u forget the corect pw.

If u have forgetten u r E-mail password no problem dear jut what u have to do is when u open u r E-mail when u r trying to login in u r account there is one option that is (fot got Password) click that option then it will show u another window it will ask u another additional question that u have selected for u when u have created for first time u have selected question for u for eg. u r pet name, u r date of birth like this if u remember that thing that at first time u have put on that option. when typed it correctly then it will ask to change u r password after that u can access u r E-mail account.
