there are still no theme support for samsung phones.. you can only customize the wall papers and themes which were pre installed on your phone.

Hi!... First, browse the net and goto website and look for your phones features if it themes capable... if yes go to their download site where in you can download lots of stuff including tones and wallpapers but still it all depends if your phones is capable of these features...
