What version of Vista do you have it intalled on your system? You will need 64 bit Vista OS, 32 bit wont support it.

In compaq prasario cq 40-108tu windo vista support for TURBO C ?

Turbo C is no longer supported at all by Borland. Actually, their entire programming line was purchased by Embarcadero several years ago. The current C/C++ compiler from that line is known as C++ Builder. Turbo C does not natively support any kind of Windows programming, tho it can be done if you are dedicated to writing absolutely all of the necessary code yourself. I would not recommend it unless you really, really, REALLY know what you are doing.

If you are new to programming and will be programming Windows applications at some point, I would recommend going to the Microsoft website and downloading Visual C++ Express. It is a free download and you can easily build Windows and console applications with it.
