Question about Frigidaire Refrigerators
The first thing to do is a complete defrost. This requires emptying the freezer, fridge, doors open, plug out. The freezer should drain to a tray in the dusty area under the fridge. Vacuum the coils while you're there.. If it doesn't drain to there, you have a stuck drain. If it's just ice, it'll melt sooner or later. It could be a pea or something stuck in there. You have to remove the freezer inside cover to find out, a lot of trouble. If you do, check the defrost coil, they break easy. Sometimes the defrost timer breaks. If you can find it, it should turn the compressor off and the defrost coil on once a day. The fan and lite will still work.
