How to get off the Memory Card menu on a Thomson Intuiva 27LB130S5?

In fact, you have entered its service menu mode, and cannot exit from this mode, I assumes. Check the link given below. It has details about how enter and exit service mode to different brand TVs. Pull up older posts there, or do a search by its search box, by entering the brand name of your TV. If you wish to get more details, be free by do it by comment here.

We lost the remote and the tv is on video. How do i get it off video without the remote?

It may not be possible. Some TVs cannot be taken off of a different input or source without the original remote. The only think you can try is to go into the menu using the panel buttons and restore the default settings. Also, try leaving the unit unplugged overnight. If neither one of these ideas work, you'll have to purchase either a universal remote that will work with your make and model, or, you'll have to contact the manufacturer to purchase the original remote.

No cable, no original remote, no auto programing.

I am sorry to inform you that you will need the remote to program this television. There are no other ways to program this set without it. The autoprogram button is on the remote and not on the set.
A replacment remote is available from the following link.

I have the same set and had the same problem.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.

Get a set of video cables to connect the DVD player to the TV.
Then follow the numbered instructions in this post to connect the DVD player, and use your TV remote to switch the video mode when you want to watch a DVD, then switch it back when you want to view TV.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.

Reset older analog tv

Without the original remote, sorry none. You could try pressing on any of the buttons or a combination while plugging in the unit but that is no guarantee it will reset (fully). With your indulgence, I took the liberty of checking your other posts here and here. It would seem that your original concern is that although the TV would appear to be switching to the lower channels (Ch 2-6), the TV programs on those channels would not be displayed. If yes, then I am inclined to think that there is a hardware fault internal to the TV. This would be the tuner block. The reset, even if successful, would not correct this error.

Just a start, do postback how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa.

Still waiting for a solution from Abrsvcs

I'm sorry. Based upon the lack of response on the original posting, I was not aware you were waiting. The only update there was a TFT rating. I will look up the specific parts tonight and update the original posting with the details and instructions.
