You have to do is:
Check the battery if it is leak.Use a voltmeter to test the output voltage of the battery.If your battery had a low supply voltage even you charge it for 3 hours and above.Replace the battery immediately.

A spike-impulse or "delta function" has an interesting frequency spectrum. It is composed of all possible sine waves of frequencies 1,2,3,4,etc. When a large set of sine wave signals are all added together, they cancel out everwhere except at the zero location (origin) of the graph. There they add up to create a large transient-spike.
An acoustic resonator such as an organ pipe contains a type of sinusoidal standing wave. Resonators also support a number of harmonics, and many standing waves of shorter wavelength will "fit" in a single organ pipe.

HI I think you mean JMB Multi Clean 1500 as shown here:

Sadly as these were part of the Index chain of stores getting parts/manuals can be difficult and JMB is an exclusive catalogue only brand that uses different machines from other brands. On top of that contacting their service department is difficult although you could try and track down Littlewoods customer services and they may be able to help you further.
The model you may have is based on a Hoover Jet N Wash model S6155 which is slightly different looking to the JMB model but internals are the same. You can find a user manual here:

Please rate if this works out for you. Ultimately although the JMB model is worth hanging onto it is seldom sold nowadays through other catalogues. If you research Kays or Great Universal you may be able to find it on there. Littlewoods for example don't sell it now.

Easiest way is to go to this site http://dysonmanuals.llc.nu/index.htm it has manuals on removing clutch plus other faults.

I have the same series - The steamvac deluxe 1500 has two containers, one that is on top is for putting the cleaning solution/water in and the bottom container pulls up the residue/dirt. The top container has a nozzle that you twist out, you put the water in until it reaches the line which is 3/4's up the way. You then measure the nozzle (it has two lines) and put the cleaning solution in there and then into the water.
