Question about Sylvania SRT2232S 32" TV
Alright, I've got a solution now. using the menu button on the TV, scroll down to the "7F..." option (using the volume down button on the menu screen). Then turn off the TV and turn it back on. It worked for me at least, good luck!

Newer model televisions usually have a combination of buttons you can press on the front to reset them to the factory defaults. contact the most senior person that works in the electronics dept. where you bought the unit, they will usually give you some insight without much, if any hassle.
