Question about HP Photosmart 3210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi everyone. Anyone have a solution to the "No HP devices detected. HP solutions Center will close now" problem? I'm still using my HP OJ 7410 All in One via Ad-hoc w/less connection.
Been having this prob since like forever and was hoping someone could throw out a few ideas that might help.
scan doesnt work
HP PSC, Officejet, and Photosmart All-in-Ones - The Error Message 'No HP Devices Detected' Occurs When Opening HP Solution Center (c00762521) Issue When opening HP Solution Center, a message appears that states "No HP Devices Detected ".
Solution one: Check connections and status
Solution two: Check that there is a printer icon in the printer folder
Solution three: Check that the Digital Imaging Monitor is running
NOTE: If you chose a custom install and did not select HP Digital Imaging Device Functions, the Digital Imaging Monitor will not be installed. Proceed to Solution five.
Solution four: Check that the HPZPML driver is running
Solution five: Uninstall and reinstall the software
Cause There are several reasons this can happen. The device was not connected during the installation of the software, there is no printer icon in the printer folder, the Digital Imaging Monitor is not running, or the HP service PML driver is not running.
