    hi

    just try this link

Then Download the correct model manual

    To adjust the ringer volume:

With the phone in standby, press ^ or v. The display shows the current volume level and the handset sounds the ringer at that level.
Use ^ to make the ringer volume louder or use v to make it softer or turn it off completely.
When you hear the ringer volume level you want to use, stop pressing keys. The handset will use the new ringer volume starting with the next incoming call.
Note: If you set the ringer volume to Off, the handset won't ring. If you have any accessory handsets, other handsets will ring according to their individual settings.

          To adjust the earpiece volume:

You can choose from six volume levels for the handset earpiece. To adjust the earpiece volume while on a call, press ^ to make it louder or v to make it softer. The handset display shows the current volume level for the earpiece.

          To adjust the speaker volume:

You can choose from six volume levels for the handset speaker while on a speakerphone call. To adjust the handset speaker volume, press ^ to make it louder or v to make it softer. The handset display shows the current volume level for the handset speaker.

Note: The handset earpiece and the handset speaker have separate volume settings

Can't hear ringer

I had this same problem with my Blackberry. You should check the settings on your sound and volume for incoming calls and make sure you have a tone set. You can also find a way to amplify your ringtone by hooking it up to your computer. If you dont' hear anything at all, then check the buttons on the side and see if that increases the volume. Please rate my answer.
