Most of the time, there are four things that cause this problem.
1. The humidity extraction level is set to high. Lower the extraction percentage to 35%
2. A dirty or clogged air intake filter. Remove and clean the filter.
3. Not enough clear air circulation around the unit. Maintain a minimum of 12" all around the unit.
4. The ambient air temperature at floor level is below 40 degrees. This usually occurs in basement applications. Place the unit up, off the floor on something sturdy, that can handle the weight and vibration of the unit while in operation.
