Hello. I don't know if you have figured this out yet, but there is a webpage called Productsamerica.com - they have kits you can buy. I just purchased a crib the other day that was made by Simmons as well.. although I do not need replacement parts I found that webpage while searching the internet trying to find info about my crib. I can't find anything when I type in the model number nor can I actually figure out when it was manufactured! Hope this helps.
I just posted a similar answer to another person looking for hardware for an older crib. PLEASE do not use this crib. Any crib with hardware missing is an accident waiting to happen. Even if you were to find the tracks, if you are screwing those tracks into wood, then the screws will not be as secure as the original ones and can and will get loose and back-out of the wood. If that happens and the track comes loose, that corner of the drop side can come off which creates a death trap for your baby. A crib is the ONLY place a parent can safely leave their infant alone. So you want to make sure you have the crib in the safest condition. This means all original parts, nothing broken, bent, cracked or repaired. Too many babies die each year because parents attempt to repair or fix a crib with missing parts.
I have a Graco 4 in 1 Ultra Sleep System Model 4600 CL. There is a recall on this model for the track guides breaking. The website is www.simplicityforchildren.com You can get a replacement track system for free and you can also order parts at 1-800-858-8323.
I also have the complete instructions for assembly of the crib, toddler bed and day bed.
You likely are missing the lower track assemblies. Part # CC (right) and DD (left). These screw into the lower inside legs on the side with the drop down rail to secure the rail from dropping off. See instructions, Step 1 and Step 2.
Call Bassett 1-276-629-6000 to obtain instructions and a parts list for model # 5926-0504 (look on the inside headboard - not the gold label).
