I just reloaded Windows 7 on my machine(Extensa 5620-4025) but it is asking me to install memeory card reader driver. Where can I get it???

A driver restore disk works with a windows disk to return your Acer Extensa 5230E Windows 7 back to the original factory setup.

Once windows has installed you put this disk into the drive as soon as windows gives you a found new hardware dialog box. You can only do it with a bluetooth dongle, it won't work otherwise.

You have need to install card reader driver for windows 7, download driver or if you have driver CD install card reader driver then try it will work.

Go to this site (http://support.acer.com/us/en/product/default.aspx?tab=1&modelId=726) and download the drivers and if you fail run windows update you are most likely to find it listed

Go top ACER Support @ http://support.acer.com/us/en/default.aspx

Select -Click "Notebook" -> Choose your model -> Download & install "Card Reader Driver" .

Note:- Be sure that you select your OS before download the correct drivers.

2. Select Notebook-->Extensa-->Extensa 5620 (your Computer Model)
3.Now select the Operating System from the drop down box and download and install the Drivers.
4. If the Camera Driver is not available for download for Windows 7, then select the Windows Vista same version Driver and install. the Driver should be installed in the Computer as the Windows Vista Drivers should work with Windows 7 OS.

Try right clicking each one from Device Manager and then restarting to reload the drivers. If that does not work, then try updating each driver from here: http://support.acer.com/drivers_download.aspx and selecting Extensa 4620Z < Extensa < Notebook

Note: there are 2 separate wifi card drivers, so take note of which one you have in device manager. I would also check the BIOS setup at startup to ensure that they are not listed as disabled there. Good Luck.

1 u have to install the driver of mmc from the cd which u have got with the laptop and then u have can use the card reader.

I think your broadcom network card dont have a driver.

Go here and download the broadcom driver for your network card. then install it.
if you have reinstalled your XP you need to reinstall all the drivers.
