Please help me reset my password. My son doesn't remember the 4-digit code

The only way to get back into the phone is by doing a hard reset which will, unfortunately, erase all data on the phone. If you have the Seek through Sprint, get them to back up your son's contacts before doing that hard reset.

If you forget your password, press and hold TV on the remote and the

MENU button on the television simultaneously for 3 seconds. Parental

controls will then unlock and you can re-enter a password via Lock
Parental Controls.

Use the last 4 digits of your phone number, if that doesn't work use 0000. Depending on the device you have it could lock you out and require a reset to regain access on the device if you enter the wrong code 3 times. As your final attempt you have a choice to either use 1111 or remember the code the code you set on the device.

##786# is sprint's reset code however you will need to call your service provider to recv the msl code before doing the reset and be aware you will lose all your contacts, pictures, text messages and all premium content if not previously saved.

With the camera off hold the Zoom to the 'W' side. While holding the zoom press the play button, when the camera powers on it will ask if you want to reset. Press ok.

The camera will then ask you for a 4 digit reset code. The code is:

7669

Try typing #pwd# and then "send. It will reset your password to the the last 4 digits of your phone number. Then you can reset your password back to what ever one you can remember.

I had the same problem. And I coudn't remember my SCREEN LOCK Password as your son. So what I did was I just disconnecteed my IPOD while it was connected to itunes without properly ejecting. This method doesn't retrieve or resets the password, it justs opens your ipod out of the screen lock. so your son can hear his music as usual until he can get a password retreive helper.

Only way to reset paswords to 000000000 is to completely reset the phone. Press (without simcard) *2767*3855# and wait untill phone reset completely.
