WILL NOT START FROM CONTROL PANEL
I CAN ENTER DIAGNOSTIC MODE BUT IT WILL RUN FOR A SHORT TIME AND THEN COMPLETELY SHUT OFF. IT DOESN'T FILL VERY FULL OF WATER DURING THE DIAGNOSTIC MODE EITHER.
