are you talking about springs under the center cutter bar between the foils? If so, you will need a new foil and cutter set. It is available at shaveroutlet.com with link below

Closest place I found in that area is a EB games store. They will fix it for you I just dont know how much it will cost. Heres the info.

You might do better to replace the microwave. My plate broke and would cost $27 to replace. I bought a new microwave for $40.

From the manufacture it comes with a 1 year warranty. It is possible the store may offer a 3 year extended warranty for extra cost. But just from the manufacture it is only 1 year.
