System will not load, keeps restarting ,will not go into safe mode

1 - You may need to roll back system with System Restore. Under Safe Mode (press F8 during boot and choose safe mode).
Win 7 - Start > Search type System Restore
XP - Is Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Restore. Now choose a date prior to problem. You may have to try a few dates.


2 - Try disabling startup programs. Go to Start > Run (search in Win 7) and type MSConfig. Startup tab and uncheck anything that you don't want Windows to load automatically. It will make Windows boot faster and use less resources while running. This just disables them in startup. Programs will still load, but when only you initiate.

AS YOU ON THE SYSTEM AND EVEN BEFORE WINDOWS STARTS KEEP PRESSING THE F8 KEY CONTINUEOUSLY. A MENU WILL APPEAR. SELECT SAFE MODE AND ENTER. WINDOWS WILL LOAD IN SAFE MODE. THIS WILL SOLVE SOME OF YOUR PROBLEMS. NOW RESTART THE SYSTEM IN NORMAL MODE.

IF THIS DOES NOT WORK SELECT "LOAD WINDOWS WITH LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION " AND THEN RESTART. THIS WILL SURELY SORT OUT YOUR PROBLEM.

there are number of reasons your windows want load up it could be hardware or software..
ok lets get to the point

start up the system press F8 advanced configuration then choice safe mode with networking or last good configurations hopefully you will manage to access your operating system remove any new driver or software or applications you installed recently it may be bad driver or program once you removed it restart the system and see if it works

1: Q1 what operating system are you using windows XP or vista , Windows 7 ....

1. See if you can start in Safe Mode (hit F8 before Windows loads - best way is to keep tapping F8 after you power it on. You should get a menu with "start in Safe Mode" as an option.
2. Once booted in safe mode go to Control Panel, System, Advanced, ;Startup and recovery'.
3. Click the Settings button and remove the tick from the "Automatically Restart" box.
4. Click all the OK's to get back to Control Panel.
5. Reboot as normal and the system should display an error code. Post that error code here and we can have a look at it.

suspected hard disk faulty or OS corrupted.
to check, take out your hard disk and put it in other laptop. if the problem persist your OS is corrupted. In that case, you need to reformat your OS in a defaulty factory settings.

If you can't get into windows normally or into safe mode to try to restore the system back to a date when it worked properly then you'll need to wipe out the hard drive and start the system from scratch.

your operating system may have been corrupted , try 2 go 2 safe mode if you can and restore your computer at earlier time by system restore. if this doesnt solve your problem you can repair it using your installer.

Does your desktop comeup and give any time before it shutdowns, say 1 minute or something like that,
You can log into safe mode and do system restore by pressing F8 once you power on the computer, but you need to keep on pressing till you see the safe mode option.

this problem may due to virus , so better you reinstall your system
