you can get a spare sound card from any electronics store where they sell audio components,you could also call up sony customer care and they can hook you up with one or you can just order online from ebay or directly from the service and support section of sony website

I have sony HCD-FL5D and I can't get my disk out of it,when turn on my device it displays "PLEASE WAIT" I have waited but nothing special happend,what should I do?

It senses an external short. Disconnect the speakers and try again. If it comes on you have a short out toward one of the speakers. If it still won't come on it needs to see a doctor.
