Question about Lexmark Z735 InkJet Printer
Make sure that:
The cartridge protective tape has been removed
The contacts in the printer are clean and free from dried ink (clean with a swab and a tiny bit of alcohol)
The cartridge is the right #
It is properly seated in the slot.
Now turn the printer off and unplug it for several minutes.
Plug it back in and turn it back on.
If it is still not working properly, go to control panel>printers and faxes>choose your printer>right click on it and choose preferences>services>do all the possible tests for the cartridges.
If that doesn;t work try a different cartridge
