The Quinny Freestyle 3XL was discontinued in the UK some time ago and we are no longer able to supply spare part items for this model. The wheels for the current Quinny UK range are not compatible with the Freestyle.
If you are not in the UK please go to www.quinny.com and select the country you're in, then choose "Contact Us" to ask the customer service department in your country whether a replacement wheel can be obtained and also how much it will be.
Hi, I wouldn't try opening the wheel suspension as you will never get it back together, what I suggest is that you buy a new or used set of front wheels for you buggy on ebay, there is lots of spare parts to be purchased in very good condition. Regards marie
what you need is a maxi cosy infant seat. these are the ones designed to fit quinny freestyle frames. you will also need attachment bars that you can easily buy on ebay for a coulpe of pound. hope this helps
Push in the black button in the center of the wheel. It appears to be just a small plastic "hub" but it's actually a button for installig/removing the wheels.
I have a user manual for the Quinny XL Freestyle Comfort. I'm not sure where online that I found it; but I saved it on my computer. It's not the exact manual that I need. I have the Quinny XL Freestyle(not the Comfort), model # 01-980. The Comfort model looks like it has a swivel front wheel instead of a "leaning" wheel. But this manual is close enough. Since I don't know where I found it, you'll have to email me at [email protected] and I'll send it to you.
Speaking of the "leaning" front wheel, does anyone else know why stroller manufacturers have not started incorporating this fantastic feature!? Why did Quinny stop using it? And can I find it on any other stroller? I need a double stroller now and would love to find one with this feature.
If purchased in Canada call Dorel Juvenile Group customer service dept - toll free 1-800-544-1108. They will require the model number and date of manufacturing which is located on the back of the seat of the Quinny Freestyle. They will then ship the tires directly to you. I needed to replace my two front tires on my stroller and with shipping and taxes it will we $22, the tires are $8 each. I should have my tires in five to ten days. Plus the customer service representative I spoke to was polite and very helpful.
