Vibrates and sounds for no reason
Check to see if you have enabled notifiers for coming in and out of cellular coverage, data coverage, bluetooth, etc. I disabled these notifications.
Otherwise try switching the ringing profiles and see if it continues. If it stops after switching profiles, then you know it is something in your selected ring profile.
If it continues, try resetting the device. I would recomend downloading the Blackberry Desktop software to backup your phone. After resetting the phone, see if it vibs and rings randomly (note: no not restore the backup yet).
If it still does, try to update the Blackberry OS software on the phone from the same place you downloaded the BB Desktop software or your cell provider. If it stops, then restore your backed up data. If it starts up again, then it's a setting in your old config.
